For customers who request expedited shipping or premium carrier services such as DHL Express, additional shipping fees may apply based on destination, package dimensions, and carrier rates.
We will provide shipping options and confirm any additional costs before shipment.
- If you choose the personalized service, you will need to reserve 3 to 7 days for the production of your personalized product.

Processing Time: Please allow 2-3 business days for our team to carefully inspect, pack, and hand over your beautifully preserved roses to the carrier.

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped. You can monitor your package every step of the way.

Holiday Notice: During peak seasons (such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day), standard shipping times may be slightly extended. We highly recommend choosing Express Shipping (DHL) to ensure on-time arrival.
